Unless stated otherwise: Standard turn around time on designs is 7 - 10 business days. Websites have a minimum 2 week turn around. This will also depend on the complexity of the overall design request! Turn around time can vary if all items for the project are not included with the original order form. There will be a delay to your project completion if we do not receive all information in a timely matter. You are allowed a THREE WEEK WINDOW to submit all information needed for your order that you may have left off your initial order form. This information can be sent via email to carlathecreative@gmail.com. In the subject line be sure to put your business name followed by the name used on your order form. AFTER THREE WEEKS THE CONTRACT IS VOID AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE AVAILABLE.
